I found Empower Wealth through the property couch podcast, went with their BA service to purchase an IP in Brisbane. Nicole the BA was amazing, huge detailed report of the suitable suburbs for my budget with a range of data points. After a few weeks of searching and presenting me with properties she found a great property that I was keen on. Nicole inspected the property and it ticked all the boxes. So we decided to go ahead and submit an offer. Nicole updated me throughout the whole process and within a few days the contract was signed.
