Amanda is great at what she does. We had multiple meetings so she could hear our goals and what was important to us. After collecting our information. Amanda worked quickly with her team to provide 5 scenarios all with significant differences for instance having additional child or upgrading our home. She took us through these 1 by 1 comparing advantages and disadvantages and where we would be at retirement. This was our first time using a mortgage broker that wasn’t “the local bloke.” Melissa and the team were very knowledgeable and informative and were able to easily tailor a loan structure that involved multiple properties that both got the deal done, while leaving the door open to further investments.
