Using a mortgage broker seemed like a great idea as most banks often use there own brokers which we didn’t like (hidden agenda). Mat and his team were great, they helped us through our mortgage planning process this included our refinance and investment loans. Their knowledge and understanding of customer needs really reflected the products we received i.e the best mortgage for our situation. Currently, we are renovating our investment property just weeks after working with Mat and his team and are hoping to get tenants in soon. Fingers crossed we can repeat the process much sooner than expected. See you in the not too distant future.
