The service Stuart gave us to make a property plan was fantastic. We already have 4 investment properties so he had a lot of work looking into all our properties and their loans. We knew one of our IPs was a lemon so the issue was when we should sell it. We have now worked into the plan when we should sell it.

Another of our IPs was purchased as a Reno flip and is still being renovated. We had already planned our next IP to hold and Stuart agreed with our plans.
We weren’t sure if one more IP would be enough to reach our goals of retirement at 60 years old with a passive income of $100K and the plan showed us it was.

We now have peace of mind that in 9 years my husband and I can both retire at 60 years old and have over $100K in cash flow. The bonus is that once we retire our cashflow will continue to increase over the years.

Finding and purchasing quality assets. Anthony found us an amazing asset, and I have confidence it will perform strongly in the long run. Perhaps the only thing that could be done better looking retrospectively is negotiating for a discount with regards to repairs required. Again this is only nitpicking, the vendors are staying on as tenants and perhaps it wasn’t worth the relatively small amount of money involved. This is very much outweighed by finding this great asset

We did not feel the service and knowledge gathered represented the cost paid.
