Our loan approval was completed in less than a week. That is the fastest turnaround time I have ever heard for a bank. We also appreciated their help and answering all our questions at every stage of our loan as this was the first time for us. They were actively following up with the bank, solicitor for the bank, our solicitor, buyer’s agent, real estate agent, and us for our loan and settlement to make sure things went predictable and on time.
