While building a property portfolio was my goal, learning and defining who I am as a person was the goal of the Empower Wealth team!
In less than 3 months, I’d spoken with +6 incredible people on video calls, all who echoed the consistent message of educating Australians on their own wealth and how to pragmatically use this to create investment portfolios, while of course, “not stuffing it up”.

But there was something else: through interpersonal connection and professional intimacy, each member of the team genuinely wanted to get to know me, and this helped me to open up and form transparent conversations with each department so I could clearly articulate and deep-dive into my goals and how I wanted to achieve them.

As a 32-year-old childless woman, with a small inheritance and assessed on a single income (my partner will be added later), I was looking for something that would secure my future and eventually when I have children, aid their childhood.
