This is our first time using a Mortgage broker, and also our first time buying an investment property and we felt that we were very well taken care of.
The loan structure was well explained to us considering we are very new in this investing space. All the challenges included having multiple loans with offset accounts. Overall we have great experience from refinancing to release equity to loan split, then another loan for the actual investment property.
This experience leads us to be more encouraged to go again and buy another property as soon as cash flow allows us.
