I’ve purchased three houses and was looking for a fourth. Buying a house is a daunting task, it’s time-consuming and scary
I stumbled upon the Property Couch podcast and listened to many episodes. I was impressed with the clarity of information even though I worked in financial services.
So I thought I would test the waters. I signed up and used the Morr platform. It is a great platform to determine cash flow etc.
I then did a property financial plan Polly was awesome! This was useful because it showed a better way to get to my goals.
I had to get finance and Alana and her team were easy to deal with.
I then used the buyers agent – Christa was delightful, thorough and pleasant. They also were able to refer me to a conveyancer.
Then to rent it out, well I knew no one in the area I bought, but Christa Was able to refer me to an agent
So far my agent has been really great.
The process has been delightful and I’m hoping the journey and the end result are just as rewarding.
