I appreciate the professional work of Matthew Styles. He managed to complete a rather complicated loan by finding a solution that made the work possible. Great communication skills and passionate about the customers and the work he does.
I also liked the fact he trusted me that some of the funds needed time to be collected and I didn’t have them in my bank account at the initiation of the work. Also, I liked the secure document repository. Although there was a lot of work providing a lot of information, it seemed that paid down the track and provided all the information the banks needed.

We had originally set up our loans with another mortgage broker through our previous financial planner, although Bede was not our mortgage broker for the loans we were discussing, he was willing to spend the time with us to conduct a review and always had our best interests in mind. Bede gave us some insightful information that we were able to take back to our previous mortgage broker to assist with negotiations with our bank. With the information that Bede presented we were able to negotiate a reduction in our interest rate of over 0.5% with our existing lender thus eliminating the need for a refinance.
