I was very happy with the property plan, its presentation of all the information, cash and yield/growth projections in the various formats, when I went through the property plan after it was delivered it answered some questions and concerns I had which I still wasn’t totally clear on. I’d say the final plan delivered great line of sight and confidence in what’s potentially possible so long as the correct properties are bought and income and cashflow is managed effectively throughout the duration of the plan. The entire exercise also helped provide us with an understanding of the standards and behaviors that need to be implemented week to week and month to month regarding cashflow and budgeting so that the property plan has a solid foundation.

In addition to this we found Joel to be very friendly, insightful & patient as there were a number of questions and details that required explanation so we could have a better understanding on different points. Joel took the time to understand us and our circumstances to provide us with a property plan specific to us which we are very happy with.
