I honestly don’t know what I would have done without the support of Dean, Piers, Sam and Sally. They were with us every step of the way.
Everything went fine during the application process, and Dean gave great advice around structure as always.
We had a builder who used a non-standard contract and a poor payment progress schedule. Dean and the team gave us the support we needed to be able to confidently communicate bank requirements to our builder.
Our construction took far longer than anticipated, and Dean and the team advocated with the bank for us to get extensions as required. This was an extremely stressful process and the team were extremely patient and supportive of us as we went through all of this.
The builder also experienced cashflow pressure during the build and the team found ways to make part payment to provide additional certainty for project completion.

You would not get any of this support from your bank directly. After our experience, I don’t know why anyone would go directly to a bank. Empower Wealth is in your corner and help you put your best foot forward when trying to turn your dreams into brick and mortar (or concrete and steel in our case).
