Feeling confident about our purchase was very important to us, because we had a very bad experience in the past with our first property purchase with another agent. Eleven years ago we had bought a property in Kingaroy, QLD for $400K that depreciated in value by more than $125K soon after we bought it. We are still under by about $100K with that property.
