This was our second puchsse with Mitchell Gough. He did a fantastic job with the first purchase, hence we reached out to him for our second purchase. For our second purchase, he was able to find us an offmarket property, which waa a really hard thing to do in a very competitive Brisbane market. Mitchell Gough was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond what was expected from a buyers agent. Our purchase ran into issues when our accountant set up our SMSF trust deed incorrectly. Mitchell G did a minor miracle in phoning around and within 2 hours found us a law firm with SMSF expertise who was able to advise our accountant on how to correct our trust deed. That saved our purchase from falling through as the trust deed had to be corrected that day itself. The help and guidance that Mitchell G provided us during such a stressful time was incredible. Buying a property through a SMSF is incredibly hard and only the help and guidance provided by Mitchell G enabled us to complete it successfully. Mitch Csomor who was helping out Mitchell G also did a fantastic job and together they kept the SMSF purchase on track until completion. Mitchell Gough is a buyers agent who genuinely cares about his customers and I have no hesitation in recommending him to my closest friends as a buyers agent you can trust 100%.
