It’s official—Empower Wealth has been recognised as Property Investment Adviser of the Year at the 2025 PIPA Awards for Excellence!

And while we’re proud to see the spotlight shine on one of our team members—Amanda Jachowski, who took home the individual QPIA® of the Year award—this moment is very much a whole-team celebration.

As part of this recognition, our own Amanda Jachowski received the 2025 QPIA® of the Year award—celebrating not just her technical skill, but the care and integrity she brings to every client relationship.

“Winning the PIPA Qualified Property Investment Adviser of the Year award is an incredible honour and a deeply meaningful milestone in my career. It represents more than just recognition for the ethical, client-first advising our PWP team does. It also validates that it was the best decision I made, about five years ago now, to turn my passion for property and helping people into a career at Empower Wealth.

It feels surreal and was a complete surprise.

I couldn’t imagine receiving the award in the context of the very impressive and professional finalists.
