Kevin’s Mortgage Broking team did an outstanding job getting appropriate loan approvals for our second investment property. Our preference was to remain with our current bank. However, they could not guarantee approval. The team then sorts pre-approval from another bank. In the end, we went with plan B due to our current bank not being clear with communication and being unable to provide any reassurance. This has now made us think differently about bank choice and being loyal. Huge thanks to the team, and will continue to use this service to assist with our property portfolio journey.

Acquiring an asset can be stressful but working with the Buyer’s agent is one of the best decisions we ever made, the experience with the team is seamless, efficient and professionally handled.

Please note this is our first ever investment property. And if you are reading this because you wonder if you need a BA to help you on your journey in buying the right asset, let me share our timeline with you.

28/3/23 Pre-meeting discussion with Brad about the services and the process FAQ et all.
3/4/23- Set to Buy meeting with Bryan, discussing the what, why, where and how.
5/4/23 Blue print of the plan was emailed to us by Bryan. Every Friday he rings and updates us on which property he is going to inspect for us.

26/4/23 a property was found, Bryan inspect it before it was advertised to the public, photos and videos where upload online. We like the property so he put in an offer that same day. This was the fun part as other buyers were interested with the property as well, so there were multiple offers received by the seller’s agent.
3/5/23 After multiple offers from different buyers, even though our offer was not the highest, but because of Bryan’s experience and awareness of what the seller’s need, our offer were chosen by the seller. Contract signed with appropriate clauses. Our Solicitor/ Conveyancer was emailed and at this point B&P was organised on 5/5/23.

3/5/23 Email from Kevin, he is very organised and introduced us to the whole team (who’s doing what and when are the important deadlines we need to meet to satisfy the contract leading to settlement)
17/5/23 A property management team was introduced and selected. (Between this period a tenant inspection and selection happened. And yes we have a tenant ready to move on 26/6/23.
5/6/23 Pre-settlement inspection done by Kelly.
7/6/23 Settlement was done! Property officially ours!
