Support staff emails about loan applications need to be simplified and better structured. Email from support staff on loan application process was overloaded and very confusing. After going through the loan application process I felt that the instructions about loan application could have been better presented. For example structuring the information with a combination of flowcharts, tables, and glossaries of the terms used in the application. In the beginning, it was overwhelming but in the end, it all worked out.
