We firstly Engaged Empower Wealth to buid a Property Portfolio Plan for us to provide a roadmap up to and throughout retirement and identify how many investment properties we would need to meet our retirement passive income goals.

In the hunt for another IP we quickly became aware of how tough the market was (Late 2021- Early 2022) and being a long-term listener of the Property Couch Podcast we made the decision to utilise Empower Wealth’s services again, this time with the services of a buyers agent.
