From the first meeting with Jake, I could tell straight away Empower Wealth was the correct company to go through to buy by first investment property. Jake was wonderful in educating me with my potential options, as being 24 on around an average wage, there was different ventures I could take that would have different results. After pre approval came the buyers agent stage. Once again through my first meeting with Tuan, I was confident I would be able to buy a great investment property in the WA market. Tuan’s communication through the whole buying stage was perfect, I felt confident and comfortable through the whole process.

Jake’s team from start to finish was a privilege to work with. Shout out to Basanta & Yaren for assisting me through the process. After Tuan found my property, Mitch and Bec were excellent to work with to ensure we were tracking on schedule for settlement as well as setting me up in other aspects like Insurance.
