I found the process with Brendan very professional and easy to work with. Brendan is very patient and able to explain jargon and concepts that I didn’t quite understand. However, when I engaged with your mortgage broker as part of the process, I didn’t find it very helpful at all. I had to hear from Brendan himself that it was unsuccessful and if I could approach my bank directly. It would have been nice to have received it from your mortgage broker directly to see what other documents were “missing” instead of hearing it from Brendan. I ended up sourcing my own mortgage broker and am very happy with their service.
