Starting to think about and getting started with your property journey can feel very daunting. We’ve all heard it’s the biggest purchase you’ll make in your life and you truly appreciate the scale of it when you start.

With that backdrop, we were absolutely thrilled when we learnt we’d be working with Rachel on our property plan. We’d first heard of Rachel through one of the property couch podcast episodes (from a while ago). Her energy, passion, journey and experience came through loud and clear in that episode, and is what got us a little more excited about our journey when we learnt we’d be working with her. All of the above and more was true when we met Rachel – she’s kind, patient, relatable and knowledgeable, made us feel comfortable and relaxed about the journey ahead, and most importantly made us aware of everything we needed to be aware of. Rachel displayed a great deal of care through the time she took to carefully explain our plan and future so we fully understood it, was always available for questions, kept us informed right from start to finish and effectively took away a lot of the “stress” we would have faced if we did this ourselves. By the time our plan was finalised, we were a little sad we wouldn’t get to work together but this quickly moved on to the excitement of implementing our plan.
