Bede and his team were extremely helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing our house. We had never bought a house before but Bede and the team guided us through every step and made everything so much easier than it would have been if we tried doing it all ourselves. Dean Wills and William Shillito from Empower wealth team were outstanding in terms of understanding our needs and finances. They got us almost 100K more than any mortgage broker in Canberra could get us. They negotiated for us with the bank and chose the best product with the best interest rate for us. Our loan approval was completed in less than a week. That is the fastest turnaround time I have ever heard for a bank. We also appreciated their help and answering all our questions at every stage of our loan as this was the first time for us. They were actively following up with the bank, solicitor for the bank, our solicitor, buyer’s agent, real estate agent, and us for our loan and settlement to make sure things went predictable and on time. We really had peace of mind working with them knowing that they knew this back to front and were very experienced.
