Elvin was extremely thorough in both his super and insurance review and assessments. It became apparent quickly that we did not have sufficient cover for Life, TPD or Income Protection insurances to support our wealth creation goals, and that an optimised solution could be achieved through restructuring our super and insurances.
Whilst our superannuation recommendations were relatively straightforward, we had a number of challenges with respect to my income protection insurance exclusions which Elvin and Sam worked through diligently over a period of almost 1 year. Through their persistence, we eventually got the right outcome, with a better level of cover and no exclusions.
