Prior to obtaining a Property Portfolio Plan we were asking questions like “When can we purchase an Investment Property?”, “Can we afford it?”, “Will it work?”, “Do you need millions to do so?”. While we had the desire, we were lost and potentially could have made an expensive mistake.

Amanda was excellent in dealing with the different needs of both Molly and I. While Molly is more high level and wants the highlights, I love to see the numbers and understand what each movement in the graph is about. Amanda was able to cater to both our needs in each of the meetings. I have the confidence that the Plan is tailored to our individual needs and is not just something that is churned out and replicated on mass. I have the confidence that by following the plan I will be in a better position financially, than I would be if I didn’t .
