Our Buyers Agent experience with Empower Wealth has been excellent. We commenced apprehensive and unskilled. As West Australians, we came in with a set thought that a WA property will provide the best options for our future. From our first meeting with Mitch, we have been on a continual education process. Mitch has been extremely engaging and spends the time to walk us through his thoughts, his experience and recommendations. This enabled us to select a property interstate 20km from the CBD compared to a similar price point in WA more than 40km.

Once we selected our desired area, Mitch worked swiftly to identify a property that met our criteria and entered into negotiations on our behalf. Having him removed from the emotional components of the transaction was exceptional and enabled us to negotiate a price which was at the lower end of the asking price and what we considered a fantastic price compared to our budget. During negotiations, we would have willingly jumped a few times and potentially wasted up to an extra 10k on the purchase price.

Following negotiation, Mitch used his exceptional knowledge to include conditions into the contract to enable us to begin listing the property two weeks prior to settlement and with two house opens at that time. This enabled us a head start on finding a tenant to live in the property.
During the settlement period, Mitch was easily available and his team ensured we progressed through to be ready for settlement on the day.
