Simon and his team were professional, friendly and easy to communicate. Most of the communications were done through email. I think we were incredibly fortunate that Rachel took on the Sydney office. Rather than working with someone with a corporate agenda or property knowledge based on just facts, figures and calculators, we worked with someone who was open and honest about her own property experience and that she is still continually learning herself. It made the whole process more human, realistic and genuine. Rachel is also unique in that her first love might not necessarily be property, but she shows being successful in it doesn’t mean it has to be. The plan’s true value will be shown in the years ahead, that review is for a later time. Although, it is good to have a map for the road ahead, even if some detours or road blocks will inevitably appear later in life.
