We first engaged Paul back in late July. Initially, we opted not to move ahead and Paul was very understanding of our reasons why and put no pressure on us; in fact, he was quite giving of his time in having a few conversations with us, even though we hadn’t agreed to move forward. After trying to crunch some numbers ourselves, we end up back with Paul and are so glad that we did. The property plan helped us paint a picture of our situation if we didn’t invest and then if we did, which was really eye opening. From there, once we received the plan, we were able to move quickly into the implementation process with Brad and Linda and have been able to secure a property. Thanks so much everyone! I engaged the Buyers Agent and Mortgage Broking services with the purchase of my first house. Buyer’s Agent: Linda and Laura, did an absolutely amazing job! Definitely would recommend them to any purchaser (first home buyer, property investor, etc.) Whilst you may feel the fees are expensive, the cost savings through their services far outweigh the fees that you pay.
