Matt really did spend the time to get to know my circumstances, mindset and risk profile which allowed us to work well together from the start. He was also able to communicate this in simple terms and I found the whole process very educational. As someone who has a very busy life, Matt was able to constantly keep on top of potential off-markets by keeping close tabs with real estate agents. He maintained constant, at least twice a week, dialogue with me to keep me well informed. He even spent a Saturday taking me to three different off-market properties and explained his findings for each property as we inspected them.
