Subsequent to my purchase in Melbourne in 2020 and as presaged in my previous testimonial, I engaged Nicole to find a property for me in Sydney this year. As this search was in my own backyard Nicole was more than happy that I played a more active role in the search without inhibiting my increased fastidious requirements.

As usual she presented me with an honest appraisal of each property I seriously considered highlighting the pros and cons so that I could rank them in order of preference. The vendors of a property that I was very interested in purchasing decided to cancel their planned auction the following week and asked for offers at very short notice but Nicole was able to arrange for me a last minute inspection that very afternoon, have the contract reviewed and recommend a successful purchase price after discussions with the vendors real estate company.

Not surprisingly I was extremely happy with the service provided by Nicole from the initial property blueprint, to the properties presented for consideration, to the successful purchase and settlement of the property and finally to the recommendation of a focused property management company. After missing out on 2 prior investment properties a friend who has used empower wealth to buy 2 investment properties recommended their services to us.
