Bryce Holdaway – will be presenting Why most investors FAIL to build a multi-million dollar property portfolio.  Bryce will be sharing clear and convincing reasons as to why most people fail… and you might just be surprised to learn how simple the obstacles are to overcome!  Bryce is co-host of Location Location Location Australia on Foxtel’s Lifestyle channel and possesses over 14 years experience in property acquisition and investing personally and professionally.  This experience allows Bryce to relate well to all types of property buyers and investors.

Ben Kingsley – will be showcasing how to build an income for life by acquiring a multi-million dollar portfolio.  This live and interactive presentation takes into account not only the numbers behind property purchasing but also real life financial decisions.  This could include milestones such as starting a family, planning a renovation, going on a holiday or going on maternity leave!  Ben will take “what if” scenarios from the audience and demonstrate how property investing is possible on tight budgets as well as strong incomes.  Ben is the Founder and CEO of Empower Wealth as well as the chair of Property Investment Professionals Australia (PIPA).  A Property Investment Analyst and Advisor, Ben has amassed a multi-million dollar property portfolio to provide him and his family an income for life!
