Nabin Raj Adhikari

Nabin works as a Team Leader for offshore Associate Brokers & Data Entry Support team for Empower Wealth. He has recently completed his master’s degree in business administration, majoring in Finance. Having always been a people’s person, Nabin gradually found his way into the Mortgage Broking industry.

Having previously worked in both Data Entry support and as an Associate Broker himself, Nabin brings his experience and insights from both his previous roles plus more as he leads his team. Acting as a bridge between all his stakeholders, Nabin’s main responsibility is to provide optimum support so the team can always perform to their very best. In his view, assisting others is the most effective means of gaining insight into oneself.

Nabin’s newfound passion for data and numbers, combined with his innate knack for learning, has enabled him to make significant improvements to the process through the utilization of these data and insights.

Aside from working in the mortgage industry, Nabin is also a part-time musician playing within two bands – one original band & one cover band. For him it’s about interpreting other artists’ stories through the covers and telling his own story through original music. Being an avid music listener, Nabin’s playlist has everything from jazz to math rock to indie to K-pop.

In his free time, he enjoys laying back and watching a tv series, movie or anime.
