Before joining Empower Wealth, Kevin spent over a decade in project management and business operations across diverse sectors including utilities, civil infrastructure, environmental studies, and pharmaceuticals. His analytical mindset and attention to detail were shaped by his academic background in science, which laid the foundation for his love of data and structured problem-solving. This broad experience and multifaceted perspective has honed his ability to process information and articulate meaningful ideas to stakeholders across the field.

He’s passionate about turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that enable his team to help their clients on their property journey.

Originally from Canada, Kevin enjoys spending time outdoors – whether it’s hiking, running, snowboarding, or surfing. On quieter days, you’ll find him diving into design and architecture content or exploring how things work. A keen traveller, he’s chased snow in Japan, surfed waves in Mexico, and soaked up the culture across Europe.

Nicole had been so amazing in finding the property that suited us, coordinating with our finance broker especially with all the curly questions that we didn't even know or think about.
