Jess Skinner

Jessica is a Client Liaison Specialist at Empower Wealth and holds a Queensland Real Estate License obtained through the Real Estate Institute of Queensland. Jessica’s property journey begun in 2011 with her joining a boutique property management agency and saw her working within the property management sector in tropical North Queensland for over 5 years.

During this time Jessica’s dedication to helping people, in-depth understanding of tenancy laws and love of property allowed her to progress from a frontline reception position on to Senior Property Management and eventually into the role of Business Development and Client Relations Manager. This role helped her hone her negotiating and communication skills while taking in the beautiful surrounds of Far North Queensland.

Following the retirement of her mentors, Jessica took a leave of absence from the property industry, stepping into an Executive Assistant role. Here, her eye for detail and ‘get it done’ attitude assisted her in supporting three executives within the Education sector. Although she loved the challenge of a fast-paced working environment something was missing, leading her to make the move to Melbourne and eventually to join the team at Empower Wealth.

Outside of the office, Jessica loves cooking for loved ones and friends, being in the great outdoors, hiking, keeping active in the gym and, despite her Queensland roots, is an avid Melbourne Storm supporter.
