Jamie Sinclair

Jamie is an accomplished executive leader with over 25 years of experience driving business growth and organisational transformation across financial services, aviation, property, construction, government, technology, retail, and non-profit sectors. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Empower Wealth from April 2018 to November 2024, where he led the organisation through a period of significant financial and headcount growth.

Prior to the Empower Wealth CEO role, Jamie spent 14 years as Director of Consulting Services at PBC, where he built a successful management consulting practice delivering strategic organisational development and leadership solutions across diverse industry sectors. His earlier career included leading strategic reform initiatives as Cabin Crew Manager Long Haul at Qantas, managing operations for 3,500 international cabin crew members.

Jamie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Graduate Diploma of Business Administration from RMIT University, Executive Education from Harvard Business School, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

As a member of Empower Wealth’s Advisory Board, Jamie brings deep institutional knowledge combined with extensive expertise in business strategy, organisational development, and cultural transformation. His focus on evidence-based methodologies and building high-performing teams continues to drive value for the organisation.

Jamie also provides strategic advice to two not-for-profit organisations – Tour de Cure and School for Life. Outside work, he is fuelled by his passion for cycling and outdoor adventures. He enjoys an active family life with his wife, two children and their ‘turbo-charged’ Bordoodle, Billie.
