James Lambrianidis

James works as an Associate Broker in the Mortgage Broking department. He holds a Certificate 4 in Real Estate Practice and is looking to further his knowledge through the study of a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking in the near future.

Originally from Birmingham, UK, James migrated to Australia with his family when he was young and grew up in the inner northern suburbs of Melbourne. After completing VCE, James completed a plumbing apprenticeship which has allowed him to work on various trade projects for over 13 years.

Property investment and finance had always been a passion for James and he would read books and listen to The Property Couch podcast whilst working as a plumber as he built his property portfolio. This passion converted into a career, where he strives to help others structure their finances and build property portfolios whilst continuing to build his own.

James loves to stay active by training in the gym and has even competed in bodybuilding competitions in the past. Outside of work, he likes reading, walking his three sausage dogs, playing guitar and drums, and watching Aston Villa in the Premier League.
