Ivise Gan

Ivise Gan is the Chief Customer and Marketing Officer at Empower Wealth, Producer of The Property Couch Podcast and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Accounting and Finance and a Masters in Business Administration and Professional Accounting. She’s also a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.

Ivise’s interest in property took root when she worked as an External Auditor specialising in property development. This passion for property investment and wealth creation led her to join Empower Wealth in 2012. She initially started in the operations team, where she honed her organisational skills by managing property data, improving processes, and working on business development projects.

In 2013, Ivise transitioned into marketing and played a key role in building Empower Wealth’s online presence from the ground up, including setting up CRM systems and social media accounts. She has overseen thousands of video productions and, in 2015, joined forces with Ben and Bryce to launch The Property Couch, which now boasts over 16 million downloads and is Australia’s top-rated business podcast.

For Ivise, there’s never a dull day at Empower Wealth. She loves being part of a dynamic, innovative team that always puts clients first. Outside of work, you’ll find her enjoying time with her partner and discovering new local spots.
