Ivise Gan

Chief Customer and Marketing Officer

Ivise Gan is the Chief Customer & Marketing Officer at Empower Wealth. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Accounting and Finance, a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Professional Accounting. Ivise is also a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.

Her passion for property began during her time as an External Auditor specialising in property development, where she gained first-hand exposure to the mechanics of wealth creation through real estate. Inspired by the role property can play in helping people achieve financial freedom, she joined Empower Wealth in 2012.

Starting in operations, Ivise developed a deep understanding of the business by managing property data, streamlining internal processes, and supporting strategic business initiatives. In 2013, she transitioned into marketing and played a pivotal role in building Empower Wealth’s digital presence from the ground up, establishing its CRM infrastructure, social media channels, content strategy, and marketing systems.

In 2015, she partnered with Ben Kingsley and Bryce Holdaway to launch The Property Couch, which has since amassed more than 18 million downloads and become one of Australia’s most trusted business and property podcasts.

Today, Ivise leads both the Customer and Marketing functions, focusing on delivering exceptional client experiences while driving brand growth across Empower Wealth, The Property Couch, and Moorr.  Passionate about customer experience, digital innovation, and education, Ivise enjoys helping people gain the confidence and knowledge to make informed financial decisions. She thrives in Empower Wealth’s collaborative, client-first culture and loves working alongside a team dedicated to improving the lives of Australians.

Outside of work, Ivise enjoys hiking, travelling, and discovering new places and experiences.
