Erin O’Toole

Erin is a Client Liaison Specialist with a background in property valuations. Prior to beginning her journey with Empower Wealth, Erin worked in a leadership position for one of Melbourne’s top property valuation firms, where she learned the ins and outs of valuations relating to lending, family law and taxation.

Finding herself as part of the Buyers Agent Team at the very beginning of the Covid lockdowns was an interesting experience but didn’t hold Erin back in getting to know her colleagues.  Since this time Erin has developed a deep knowledge of the pre-purchase process, including learning exactly what the Empower Wealth Buyers Agents are looking for in a potential purchase for their clients.

Property has always piqued Erin’s interest and she began her own property journey at age 27, purchasing the worst house on the best street in Melbourne’s North. Along with her fiancé, Erin gutted and transformed the property, which was a challenging but rewarding experience.  Walking into a property and picturing its potential is something that comes naturally to Erin and brings her a lot of joy.

Outside of her work, Erin enjoys spending time with her family, baking and tending to her garden. Erin loves being a Mum and watching her son grow and develop. On the weekend she can be found going to local auctions, wandering around Bunnings or plant nurseries planning her next project, or going out for a meal with her nearest and dearest.
