Bryan is a Buyers Agent at Empower Wealth and holds a property valuation diploma and a degree in advertising and international business. He also holds a Queensland REIQ sales certificate and his agent representative certificate in Victoria.

Originally from the Gold Coast, Bryan has always found it intriguing that one of the basic needs in life of having a shelter can come in so many forms and has been in the property industry ever since he started his professional career. Prior to working with Empower Wealth, Bryan was a registered property valuer, valuing all kinds of properties such as, apartments, rural properties, prestige properties, and development sites. This role has sharpen his eyes to look out for desirable criteria and spot an investment grade asset.

After six years of property valuation he decided to change direction in the property industry and become a residential real estate agent for a year which allowed him to see the transactions that happen on the other side of the coin. Having bought and sold investment property on the Gold Coast, he found himself always on the look out for possible investments and before long, realised that he’s more interested in helping buying properties rather than selling them. That is when an opportunity that he could not say no to here at Empower Wealth came up and the rest is history.

Passionate and knowledgeable, Bryan is driven by helping clients with the property needs and assisting customers with building their property portfolio. Outside of Empower Wealth, Bryan loves traveling, skiing and sports, especially watching the NBA.
