Antarcia Jasmine

Antarcia is a Client Liaison Specialist in our Operations team. Prior to joining Empower Wealth, Antarcia worked in the general insurance industry, property management, and residential property sales. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, an Agents Representative Certificate, and a Qualified Property Investment Advisor (QPIA) qualification.

Antarcia’s fascination with property began early, as a teen, she was determined to learn about property investing which began by reading her first property investment book, Rich Dad Poor Dad. After attending many property seminars, she bought her first (investment grade) property at 21.

During her career in the financial services insurance industry, she became a keen Property Couch podcast listener and since then has continued using the Empower Wealth principles in growing her portfolio. With her partner owning a real estate agency and having worked in both sales and property management, Antarcia gained insight and knowledge of the property market and its performance over the years. Antarcia also has experience in property development space specialising in townhouse developments, seeing both the rewards and pitfalls along the way. Being an Airbnb Ambassador and as an Airbnb Super Host for over six years, she is well experienced in the short-term rental market, providing guidance to investors exploring this opportunity.

While being an avid listener to the podcast, Antarcia decided to pivot from her role in the real estate industry to a more fulfilling role with Empower Wealth, with the aim to help others reach their financial peace. She felt this was the perfect opportunity to share her experience and fulfil her desire to help others in an ethical and responsible way. Antarcia gets great satisfaction out of seeing clients receive the clarity and confidence to achieve their financial and lifestyle goals.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering her time to her daughter’s school community, hiking the great outdoors and her morning runs along the river.
