The impact of foreign investment on the Australia’s Property Market had rise as one of the most heated debate in the property investment industry. Some are quite confident that the reason for a rising property value and the supposedly downward trend of our property’s affordability is because of rich foreign investors snatching up properties regardless of how much they cost while others think otherwise. It’s no doubt that it’s an emotive subject that can get quite heated, but what’s the truth about foreign investment and its impact on the Australian property industry?
