Rachel Cole

Rachel is a Qualified Property Investment Advisor at Empower Wealth, where she has been helping clients achieve financial freedom since 2015. A popular economics and property commentator, Rachel is also the host of @getrichwithrach on TikTok and Instagram, and is currently the finance host on Healthy, Wealthy & Wise with Chrissie Swan on Channel 7.

She holds a Bachelor Degree of Liberal Studies in Psychology and Statistics from Sydney University and studied Economics Postgraduate at UNE.  Her early working life was spent touring Australia & the world in commercial Musical Theatre and by her early 30s, had amassed 5 investment properties across the east coast.

Rachel is passionate about financial literacy and taking radical self-responsibility for your financial position.  After discovering The Property Couch podcast in 2015, and seeing the integrity of Empower Wealth, she reached out to Ben Kingsley to determine how she could help others experience the same freedom & choice through investing.  Rachel was invited to appear on Episode 130 of The Property Couch, where she shares her journey and tips from : investing on a single income, renovating for profit and money management.  When not in a spreadsheet, you can find Rachel with her pooch in the cafes of Rozelle in Sydney, cycling and going to live gigs & shows.
