Sarah is a Buyers Agent at Empower Wealth and believes that property is the safest and most efficient way to create wealth over the long term. Sarah holds a Bachelors degree in Law (Honours) and Arts (Psychology & Chinese), and an Agents Representative Certificate. Being an avid investor herself, coupled with 10 years’ experience across real estate and finance, Sarah is well equipped to guide her clients on their property journey.

Born and raised in Melbourne, Sarah has always had a huge passion for property. Her own property journey started in her early 20s and with the benefit of “time in the market” for over a decade, she has witnessed the benefits of using property as a vehicle to create wealth over the medium-term.

Prior to Empower Wealth, Sarah worked in investment banking covering corporate real estate clients. During her 5 year stint, she was fortunate to have worked on some of Australia’s largest public and private transactions. Through this experience, Sarah was able to finely hone her negotiation skills and build financial acumen, which are vital skills that she has transferred to her current role representing clients in real estate transactions.

Since pivoting to residential real estate, Sarah has built agent relationships and industry connections that give her clients an edge in the fast-paced real estate market. What makes her spring out of bed every morning is knowing that she can help clients make better property choices and play a part in their wealth creation journey.

When Sarah isn’t trawling the real estate portals or listening to property podcasts, you’ll find her spending quality time with her young family (baby girl keeps her on her toes), jogging around the parks and beaches in Melbourne’s south-east, binge watching Netflix thrillers, or planning her next vacation.
