We were recently engaged to help a wonderful couple to purchase a high yielding metro investment property within 6km of the CBD.

With other renovated units in the block achieving $350pw rent, our purchase of $392,500 meant that the anticipated yield of 4.6% more than matched our client’s brief. Better yet, we negotiated a clause which enables us to have use of the campaign photos to advertise the property for rent and also to host two open for inspections before our settlement date.
