Terry’s Journey

We swooped in, took the buyers by surprise and secured this fabulous three bedroom villa unit two weeks prior to auction. With a gross rental return of 4.4%, and being a moment’s walk from busy Barkly St in West Footscray, I’m so pleased that we got it.

I targeted Elphinstone St in West Footscray because of its close proximity to Barkly St shops and cafes, West Footscray train station and arterials into the city. This particular unit caught my eye though because of it’s generously proportioned floorplan and great outlook. This well maintained block in a street with a nice blend of attractive houses was one I just couldn’t go past.
