Recently I had the pleasure of working with two lovely clients who had made the step to buy a beautiful investment property in Melbourne’s inner north/east. The goals were simple… capital growth, professional tenant appeal and sought-after scarcity. We developed our strategy and pounced with a fair offer on the day before auction, taking a few buyers (including an interstate buyer) by surprise. The property was swiftly and decisively purchased by 5pm Friday and my buyers have secured their precious piece of inner-city Melbourne. Fitzroy North is no stranger to exceptional median house price growth and proudly boasts 13.6% 12 month average growth, and 29.6% 5 year average growth – a great feat in the face of a five year period that posed some challenges across many markets.
