Rachel is a Qualified Property Investment Advisor. She holds a Bachelor Degree of Liberal Studies in Psychology and Statistics from Sydney University and studied Economics Postgraduate. Her early working life was spent touring Australia in commercial Musical Theatre and by her early 30s, had amassed 5 investment properties across Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane whilst singing for her supper & Super.

Rachel is passionate about financial literacy, taking responsibility for your financial position and acknowledging the power you have, to change your future. After listening to The Property Couch in 2015, and seeing the integrity and passion of Empower Wealth, she reached out to Ben Kingsley to determine how she could help others experience the same freedom & choice through investing. Rachel was invited to appear on Episode 130 of the property couch where she shares her journey and tips from : investing on a single income, renovating for profit and money management. When she’s not in a spreadsheet, you can find Rachel in her local café in Balmain, Sydney with her pooch, podcasting, cycling, at the theatre or making TikTok videos on financial literacy.
