My wife Charlotte and I decided to partner with Empower Wealth to start planning our financial future. Prior to speaking to Rachel, my partner and I felt a little lost about what our next step should be in terms of property investment. Rachel was amazing to work with. When we first had our dsicussions she was very clear that without having done homework on what we want to achieve, her efforts would not be effective. She gave us a strong understanding of what we needed to do prior to having a second disucssion with her self. Specifically this is because our time horizon for future growth was looking to be outside of the 12 months window and there was alot of uncertiantity with my job and my partners job, where we were currently living and what we were really trying to evaluate for the future. A couple months later when things became more certian in terms of jobs we reengaged Rachel and she gave us a strong feeling towards what our financial position was and how/when we could continue to build wealth and our dream home. In the first meeting we reviewed all of our rough future plans and int he second meeting we started to play with what it looks like if we sold 1 or 2 properties vs keeping them. The process assisted myself very well as i was in a position where i was not sure on what the next step should be. For my wife, the process allowed her to understand our financial situation significantly better than before. By our final meeting we had been very happy with our tailored proposal for our future plans and now in the process of executing it. Without Rachels help, we would have still done the same, however this would have been without any strong stastics towards why we took the direction we did. Now due to Rachels help we are 100% not second guessing out decisions of selling our property as we both understand our tailored future plan. Cannot recommend this service enough.
