Peter Fitzpatrick

Peter Fitzpatrick is a Mortgage Lending Advisor with Empower Wealth having spent all his working life solely in the finance industry.

After many years with ANZ, finishing as a Senior Commercial Lender, Peter opened his own successful Mortgage Broking business, gaining momentum and growing his Australia-wide customer base for over 18 years before merging with Empower Wealth in March 2022. Peter has a Cert IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage broking), a Graduate Certificate in Management, a Diploma of Financial Planning and is finalising the completion of a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.

Peter offers his clients years of industry experience and specialises in future planning, with expertise in problem solving, identifying niches and opportunities, and most importantly working towards and successfully achieving desired goals and outcomes. Peter takes the time to listen and understand the clients’ unique situation, discussing, and evaluating the options available. He knows that happy and satisfied clients talk and are the best source of business referrals.  Peter has built his business on this principle, focusing on the client and their outcomes. Creating appropriate personalised lending structures, with a focus on customer service, remains his highest priority.

The merger of Peter’s former broking business, Outback Financial Services with Empower Wealth, was created on the common themes of customer care, principles, values, and professionalism.  Coming together with Empower Wealth provides Peter and his clients access to cutting edge technology, like minded professionals all within a network to improve and maximise wealth outcomes. Peter is excited to join the Empower Wealth team and all that they have to offer clients to grow and protect their wealth.

Outside of work, you will find Peter spending time with his wife and family, exploring gnarly trails on his mountain bike, taking a dip at the beach, keeping fit at the gym, hacking his golfclubs around the local course and he is looking forward to resuming his travel adventures again.
