Leslie is a Senior Financial Planner at Empower Wealth. He has more than 16 years’ experience in wealth management. He holds a Master of Wealth Management, a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Economics, and a SMSF Adviser certificate. He is a CFP® and a member of the FAAA.

With over 16 years of experience in the financial services industry, Leslie has worked with top-tier institutions including AIA, Cbus, Westpac, Commonwealth Bank, and Mercer. Prior to settling in Australia, Leslie also gained valuable experience working in Hong Kong and Beijing.

Fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese, Leslie is committed to delivering clear, honest, and client-focused advice tailored to each individual’s financial goals and circumstances. His areas of expertise include tax-effective investments, managed and structured portfolios, superannuation, self-managed superannuation funds (SMSFs), retirement planning, estate planning, and life insurance.

He prioritizes transparency, integrity, and professionalism in every client relationship, guiding individuals and families in building, protecting, and transitioning their wealth over the long term.

Outside of work, Leslie enjoys travelling, reading history, cooking, playing badminton, and running 5km—interests that reflect his balanced and thoughtful approach to life and financial advice.
