Kritika Lamichhane

Kritika Lamichhane is an Associate Broker in the Mortgage Broking division at Empower Wealth. She has always been interested in understanding financial processes and has completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with specialisation in Finance.

Kritika’s career began with an internship in banking, which gave her early exposure to customer service and also helped her build a strong
foundation in accuracy, communication, and working with clients in a professional setting.

After graduating, Kritika came across the Australian mortgage industry, an entirely new space for her at the time. She started as a Data Processing Support, which helped her understand the operational side of mortgage broking. Over time, this progressed into her current role
as an Associate Broker where she supports clients throughout the process, helping keep things organised and on track.

Outside of work, Kritika likes a mix of creative and relaxing activities such as gardening and creating mandalas. She loves watching movies and series and her taste ranges from gripping thrillers to light-hearted stories, depending on the mood. She also enjoys travelling and capturing pictures along the way.
