Jatin Hooda

Jatin is an integral member of Empower Wealth’s Financial Planning team, serving as a dedicated Customer Service Officer supporting advisers and customers with their wealth-related queries. Known for his strong technical grounding — an MBA in Finance, a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning, and RG146 — Jatin is committed to delivering an exceptional experience with every customer interaction.

Jatin provides crucial support to advisers and manages various administrative and customer-facing tasks, helping ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. He works closely with customers to understand their needs and guide them toward the right outcome; whether that’s a self-serve solution or a referral to a financial planner. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach, Jatin is committed to delivering exceptional service with every interaction.

Prior to joining Empower Wealth, Jatin spent two and a half years at Bendigo Bank as part of the Wealth Concierge Team, where he built a strong foundation in customer-facing wealth services while engaging with customers on general advice around products and strategies within a broader Consumer division offering that spanned financial planning, investment solutions, superannuation, and insurance.
Outside of work, Jatin is passionate about staying active — he coaches tennis in his spare time and plays both soccer and tennis for leisure. He also keeps a close eye on financial news to stay on top of market developments and bring fresh insight to his role.
