Crawford has joined Empower Wealth as a Customer Relationship Officer in the Mortgage Broking team. With a strong interest in property investment and finance, Crawford aspires to become a Mortgage Broker and assist clients in building a future they can be proud of.

Crawford grew up in Southeast Melbourne, and having family working within the property industry, naturally developed an interest in property investment upon graduation from John Paul College, Frankston in 2025. Empower Wealth offered Crawford the opportunity to pursue his interest in property investment and helping people achieve their financial goals, as well as providing an opportunity for individual career development.

Crawford spent 5 of his high school years within the youth development program, the Australian Army Cadets, where he gained lots of leadership and management experience, representing Victoria interstate on many occasions. These experiences have allowed him to develop excellent communication skills to help build professional and meaningful relationships with clients.
